Moutassem founded EMPA Healthcare in 2011. He brings over 25 years of comprehensive experience in in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. He has a proven track record in general management, sales & marketing as well as business development. He held various positions in the pharmaceutical multinational organizations and had the opportunity to live in different countries (KSA, UAE, Switzerland, Kuwait, Canada, and Egypt). He possesses significant experience in overseeing pharmaceutical operations on both international and regional levels. He was invited as a Public speaker to several events where he spoke about market access strategies and other industry matters. He is responsible for setting EMPA’s strategic direction, overseeing the introduction of the products and achieving annual profitable growth. Moutassem holds a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Pharmacy from King Saud University in Saudi Arabia. He is fluent in English and Arabic.
Houssam Mobied
Group CEO & Co-Founder
Houssam has established the MTC Group of Companies in 1998. He brings over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He founded Memory Technology Middle East (MTC) which progressed rapidly towards becoming the leading IT hardware and software distributors in the GCC region. He has a proven track record as a high-performing entrepreneurial leader. He possesses strong financial and business acumen which allowed him to successfully manage several companies in the Middle East region. He is responsible for integrating innovative technologies into EMPA’s healthcare business. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in USA. Houssam is fluent in English and Arabic.
